1. General Terms and Conditions

Cold Skills AB complies with both the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act. To place an order, the customer must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.

2. Orders

Orders for products from Cold Skills AB can be placed via www.coldskills.com, email, or telephone. All incoming orders are confirmed with a written order confirmation sent by email. An order becomes binding for Cold Skills AB only after the customer has received an order confirmation.

Cold Skills AB reserves the right to decline any purchase. All orders are considered binding. If you have placed an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and place it on backorder. Once the item becomes available, it will be shipped to you. If you no longer wish to receive the backordered item, you may contact Cold Skills AB to cancel it.

3. Pricing

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT, currently 25%. Cold Skills AB reserves the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, VAT increases, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges and any applicable payment or invoice fees may apply.

4. Payment

Cold Skills AB uses KLARNA for private customers.

Advance Payment – Cold Skills will send a pro forma invoice (PDF), and the goods will be shipped once payment has been received.

5. Delivery Time

Normal delivery time is 3–10 business days. Certain products that are manufactured or assembled to order may require additional time. In such cases, we will contact the customer.

Cold Skills AB cannot be held responsible for delivering discontinued or sold-out products. Shipping costs are always displayed in the shopping cart.

6. End-User Certificate

Certain products in our assortment require an end-user certificate. This requirement is stated in the product description. Please contact us at order@coldskills.com before placing an order for such products. We will provide additional information regarding the requirements applicable to these purchases.

7. Delivery Delays

If a delivery delay occurs for any reason, we will contact you. We will always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of a substantial delivery delay. Situations may arise that make it impossible for us to fulfill an order, for example if our suppliers fail to meet their obligations to us. Cold Skills AB reserves the right to decline compensation claims arising from such situations or delivery delays.

Important! In rare cases, PostNord, Schenker, or other contracted carriers may lose letters or parcels. We do not compensate for such losses. Claims must be directed to the shipping provider. However, we will assist in attempting to locate lost shipments.

8. Warranty

We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you experience any issues with a product, please contact us.

Normally, the customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning a product to us or to the brand’s authorized service center. The product will be evaluated to determine whether it should be repaired or replaced.

The receipt for the purchased item serves as proof of warranty. Therefore, please retain your receipt throughout the warranty period.

9. Shipping

PostNord
A flat shipping fee of SEK 195 (including VAT) applies to all orders shipped with PostNord.
Weight limits: 1 kg – 20 kg.

Schenker
A flat shipping fee of SEK 150 (including VAT) applies to all orders shipped with Schenker.
Weight limits: 1 kg – 20 kg.

Through Schenker, we offer free returns. Simply reverse the shipping label and hand the package in at your nearest service point.

10. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Cold Skills AB complies with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. This means that customers have the right to return a product within 14 days without providing a specific reason.

The product must be returned in unchanged condition and in its original packaging. Cold Skills AB reserves the right to charge the customer if any parts or accessories are missing.

Please contact us before returning any product.

Once we have received the returned item, your payment will be refunded. Please note that refunds may take up to three weeks to process.

11. Complaints and Claims

Cold Skills AB complies with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act regarding complaints and warranty claims. We therefore undertake to replace defective or damaged products at no additional cost.

Please do not accept delivery of packages with visible damage that may have affected the condition of the goods. Instead, file a claim directly with the carrier or collection point and request that the package be returned to Cold Skills AB. The reason for the return should be clearly noted on the package.
