Right of Withdrawal for Private Individuals
Private individuals have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, starting from the day the product is received.
The product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.
Returns Handling
Before returning a product, Cold Skills must be contacted for further instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to special-order products, customized solutions, or products manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements.
Complaints
If a product is defective or damaged, the customer has the right to submit a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.
Approved Complaint
If a complaint is approved, Cold Skills may choose to repair the product, replace it with a new product, or refund the purchase price.
Refunds
Any refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
B2B Customers
For business customers, the Swedish Sale of Goods Act applies. The right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act does not apply to business purchases.
