6 XC är en 6 mm patron som ursprungligen utvecklades genom att ändra ett .250 Savage-fodral för att optimera för matchtävlingsskytte. 6 XC står för “över banan” och var ursprungligen en vildkattkaliber, men är nu kommersiellt tillgänglig och ett populärt val runt om i världen för långdistansmålskytte och jakt.
